- Head southeast on SE Walton Blvd (US-71B) toward Rogers
- Continue as the road becomes W Walnut St (AR-12) entering Rogers
- Continue east on W Walnut St for approx. 2.5 miles
- Turn right (south) onto S Dixieland Rd
- Turn left onto W Oak St
- Turn right onto S 13th St — facility on your right

From Fayetteville
- Head north on I-49 N toward Rogers
- Take Exit 85 toward Rogers
- Head east on W Walnut St (AR-12)
